Position Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will play a crucial role in building a community around our brand, engaging with customers, and driving traffic to our website.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Amazon’s marketing goals and enhances customer engagement.
- Manage and oversee social media content development, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics using analytics tools to inform strategy adjustments.
- Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to comments and queries in a timely manner, fostering a positive community interaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service to develop integrated campaigns and support promotional initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies to ensure Amazon’s positioning as an industry leader.
- Develop and manage a social media content calendar, coordinating with key stakeholders to align campaigns with product launches and promotions.
- Lead social media training sessions for internal teams to elevate overall brand engagement and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and enhance our social media strategies.
